File a return or a defect claim online, even if you ordered without an account.

Return or claim without signing in

Enter your order number and the email you ordered with. We send a link to the email on the order to return goods, file a claim and follow their status.

Return without giving a reason

You can return goods bought in our online store without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving them.

How it works

  1. Withdraw from your account on the order, or through the link in your order email.
  2. Choose the items and quantities. We accept the withdrawal immediately and send a confirmation.
  3. Send the goods back following the confirmation. We refund you within 14 days of the withdrawal.

Return the goods complete, ideally in the original packaging. Unpacked, used or activated goods may be accepted with a deduction of up to 30% after inspection. Headphones with a broken hygiene seal, software and licences cannot be returned.

Defect claims

We resolve defect claims within 30 days at the latest and keep you informed by email.

How it works

  1. File the claim from your account on the order, or through the link in your order email.
  2. Describe the defect, the device condition, what you are sending and how you hand it over. Attach photos.
  3. Follow the claim status through the same link or in the order detail in your account.
